ISNA, the Intersex Society of North America, hosts the most comprehensive site on the internet researchingIntersex issues. The bibliography lists ISNA provides are extensive! ISNA approaches the topic from a social activist point of view and includes graphic material ISNA also publishes 'Hermaphrodites with Attitude', a regular newsletter. We at ISGI believe this site is worthy of study. Though many views expressed by ISNA are quite different than ours (see ISGI Manifesto),this site and their staff receive our highest rating.

Intersex support organizations exist all around the globe, many deal with issues and treatment for only one specific condition. Surfing the web will find many. These examples are but a few. ISGI encourages these valuable organizations to serve their fellow nationals. ISGI hopes that you will return to our site often and learn of the perspective that we at ISGI offer. This site is tied to Loyola University. We have no affiliation or knowledge of Loyola's standard treatment of Intersex babies. We will add more such sites as they are discovered.
